About me

Hey, it’s Eric! I am an IT professional and hobby photographer.

Beside IT and photography, I love travelling the world to see all the beautiful places and to get to know as many people and cultures as possible. I use to play the drums and keys and recently started learning the guitar.

I am born and raised, in the province of the beautiful South-West of Germany and am currently breathing the fresh air right at the sea in Kiel.

Information Technology

After I received my technical diploma, I accomplished a three year internship in IT system integration. Subsequently, I moved to East-Germany to begin studying Computer Information Systems at the University for Applied Sciences in Dresden. Right before I started my final thesis, I took two semester abroad at the Nortern Arizona University in the United States. Through multiple projects and internships in domestic and international teams I was able to sharpen my sense regarding goal-oriented working. I‘m continuesly working on improving my skills and chasing my dreams!

Since I got my first DSLR (Nikon D5100) in the end of 2013, I spend a lot of my spare time in photography. To increase my technical skills, better understanding my camera, and improving the outcome, I decided to take a photography class. Chunks of my work you can find in my Portfolio below!
